▪️ Customer Support (Technical)
Job description:
• Work closely with engineering team and manage tech/ admin dashboards
• Also work with customer and help customers use specific eatures
• Monitor customer complaints on Zendesk/ Freshdesk and be able to use Jiral Hubspot/ Zoom/ Google Analytics
• Work with QA and payment ops team on tickets and error
Kualifikasi :
• Bachelor degree in any field
• 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Ability to use Zendesk, Freshdesk and Jira is a MUST
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Troubleshoot issues with orientation to detail
