Posisi: Lowongan Kerja Operation Manager

Job description: 1. Lead the team of credit approval officers in reviewing and approving credit applications based on designated credit authority and in compliance with stated credit policies and underwriting standards

2. Manage and monitor approved credit portfolios to ensure credit quality and full compliance with internal policies and lending guidelines

3.Perform verifications to detect fraudulent applications and prevent fraud utilizing various sources

4.Develop and validate the capacity plan of the necessary resources to ensure timely underwriting of incoming applications

5.Work with technology and data streams to ensure the continuous improvement in quality and speed/turnaround time

• More than 5 years experience in credit loans in banks/non-bank financial institutions. Experience in financial technology loan is preferred;
• Good understanding of lending procedures.
• Has strong logic analysis and risk prevention capabilities and good professional ethics.
• Detail orientated.
• Have team building and management skills

Mid-Senior Level / Manager Sales and Marketing Financial Services 1 opening Bachelor’s degree graduate
